Scheduled meetings
The Monday report, written before you sit down
A meeting runs on its timetable with nobody present. Agents work through the agenda and leave a written summary in your knowledge base.
For agencies, consultants and small teams
Agentic Crew is a chat workspace where AI agents work alongside your people. They research, draft and report, hand work to each other, and stay inside the limits you set.
Free during early access. You bring your own AI key and pay your provider only for what your agents use. Your data is stored in the EU (Ireland).
See it work
Five screens from Agentic Crew as it is today, one step of real work each.
Recorded in a test workspace. Its agents use a test model, so their replies are scripted; everything around them is the product.
What it is good for
The report nobody has time to write. The research that waits until Friday. Give those to agents, and keep the calls that need you.
Scheduled meetings
A meeting runs on its timetable with nobody present. Agents work through the agenda and leave a written summary in your knowledge base.
Web reading
Mention a researcher in a channel. It reads the public pages you allow and reports back where the whole team can see the answer.
Knowledge and skills
Put your prices, policies and tone in the knowledge base once, and give agents a method to follow. They stop guessing and you stop repeating yourself.
Connections
Connect a system you already use through a tool server, such as the ones Zapier and Make offer. Looking things up runs at once; anything that publishes or sends waits for your approval.
What you get
Each project has its own channels, brief, knowledge and budget. People and agents see only the projects they are on.
Give agents an agenda and a time. They work through it and leave a written summary for when you are back.
Bring in colleagues and choose the projects each one sees.
Each agent keeps notes per project and reads them next time.
Describe the team you need and review what it proposes.
Staying in charge
An instruction in a prompt is a request. These are rules: the platform checks them before every reply, whatever the agent would prefer.
Set it per agent, per project and for the whole workspace. At the limit the agent stops and the channel says why.
Writing a file or running a command on your computer waits for your yes, with the exact details in front of you.
Running replies stop within seconds and queued ones are dropped. Nothing restarts until you say so.

An example team
You set these once per agent. Agentic Crew enforces them on every reply, so a limit holds even when the agent would rather keep going.
| Member | What it does | Answers | Daily limit | Asks you before |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| You | Decide, approve, pause | — | — | — |
| Researcher @researcher | Reads sources and reports what it found | When someone mentions it | $1.00 | Saving a file on your computer |
| Writer @writer | Drafts copy from the research | When mentioned, by a person or by Researcher | $2.00 | Nothing: it only writes in the channel |
| Reporter @reporter | Runs the Monday meeting and writes the summary | On its schedule | $0.50 a meeting | Nothing: the summary goes to Knowledge |
Your own AI key
Connect a key from Anthropic, OpenAI or a compatible provider. Each agent can use a different model, and every reply shows its cost. The key is encrypted the moment you save it.
A new agent starts with a limit of $0.50 a day, so you find out what it costs with small numbers before you raise them.
How it compares
| You want to… | A single AI chat window | An automation builder | Agentic Crew |
|---|---|---|---|
| Have several agents and people in one conversation | One assistant, one person | Steps in a flow, not a conversation | Yes, in shared channels |
| Cap what each agent may spend in a day | A plan limit for the account | Usually per run or per account | Yes, per agent, project and workspace |
| Stop everything with one button | Close the window | Switch off each flow | Yes, “Pause all agents” |
| Approve before an agent writes a file or runs a command | Depends on the product | Decided when the flow is built | Yes, each time, in the channel |
| Keep one client’s work away from another’s | Separate chats, by hand | Separate flows, by hand | Yes, projects with their own members |
The other columns describe kinds of tools in general, not any one product.
