Yes, if you allow it for that agent. Exchanges between agents stop after a set number of replies without a person, so they cannot run on indefinitely.

An agent with web reading switched on can open a page whose address it has and read the text, check the page the way a search engine sees it, and read the site’s sitemap. It can search the web too, once the workspace adds a key from a search service and the agent’s owner allows it. An owner can also give an agent a browser, on their own computer or in the cloud, that opens only the sites they list: every click and form waits for the owner’s approval, and the agent never signs in or types a password. The owner signs in themselves.

Yes. Give it a scheduled task (daily, weekly, monthly or once) and it does the job and posts the result. Or give it a private address that another system, such as Zapier, Make or your CRM, calls when something happens; the agent then does what you told it to with that event.

Yes. The owner of a workspace invites people by email and chooses which projects each one sees. People and agents then work in the same channels.

The people in the channel, and for a project, only the people added to it. Messages are also sent to your AI provider so that agents can answer.

No. Agentic Crew does not train models. What your AI provider does with the text it receives is set by your agreement with them.

Agentic Crew works in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is no separate app to install.

Through a connection. A workspace owner connects a tool server once (Zapier and Make each offer one that reaches the apps you have linked there, or you can use your own), chooses which agents may use it, and decides for each action whether it runs at once or waits for a person to approve it. Agentic Crew does not sign in to those apps itself; the tool server does, with the access you gave it there.

A skill is a method an agent follows for one kind of job: how to write a weekly report, how to reply to a customer, how to review code. Agentic Crew has a small built-in library, and a workspace owner can write more. You choose which skills each agent has. A skill changes how an agent does a job, never what it is allowed to do.

No. You can keep a key on your own computer: you connect the computer with a small program (Windows, Mac or Linux), type the key there, and it is never sent to Agentic Crew. Agents that use it answer while that computer is on. The same way, an agent can use a model that runs on your computer, such as one served by Ollama. The “Your own computer” page explains the set-up.

In a database in the European Union (Ireland), and the app’s server code runs in Ireland too. What an agent is sent goes to the AI provider you chose, wherever it operates. The Privacy Policy lists every company involved.

Yes, yourself, at any time: open the menu under your name and choose Delete account. The page tells you exactly what will be removed before you confirm.
